Cast Aluminium Scupper Small 165 x 115mm
Choose the small cast aluminium scupper for a fitting with a 165 x 115mm overall size and 112 x 62mm lid opening. A spring-loaded door provides a seal when closed and opens to allow the intended passage.
Supported uses include draining a boat deck, allowing airflow and air-pressurising a caravan or van body in a suitable installation. Choose the orientation and location to suit that particular application, rather than assuming every scupper installation performs all of these functions.
The 112 x 62mm lid opening is smaller than the overall fitting and should be checked separately when assessing the passage you need. Leave space for the door movement and access to the surrounding mounting area.
When replacing a scupper, compare the body footprint and fastening layout as well as the opening. Size-specific repair kits containing a rubber seal and spring are available for this family, allowing those components to be considered when servicing an existing fitting.
Choosing and using this product
Include the attachment points in routine boat inspections. Keep moving or seating surfaces clear where applicable, and follow the product’s care instructions for its material and finish. Retaining the size and part code is useful when replacing another fitting elsewhere on the boat.
The listed material, finish and dimensions help you select a version that suits the job and surrounding fittings. Measure the actual location rather than relying on a familiar-looking shape. Small differences in projection or spacing can change how comfortably the completed arrangement works.
Check the stated supply quantity and inclusions when ordering. Some listings describe an individual component, while others supply a pair, pack or complete assembly. Match any additional fixings and supporting parts to the installation requirements rather than assuming they accompany the visible fitting.
