    ### Boat Maintenance Kit Replacement Mop Head | Marine Equipment & Boat Supplies

Screw-on mop head for the RWB2154 maintenance kit.

The threaded-head maintenance system allows a compatible pole to be used for different boat-cleaning and light retrieval jobs, with individual heads available for replacement.

### Choosing and using this product

Check whether this listing is the complete kit or a replacement head. A spare head does not include the telescopic pole or the other attachments. Match it to the RWB2154 system before ordering; a similar-looking thread on another brand of handle does not establish that the two products will fit together securely.

Fit the selected head with the pole supported, keeping the thread clean and aligned. Tighten by hand as appropriate to the supplied instructions and check that the head cannot loosen during the intended movement. Set and lock a telescopic pole at a comfortable working length, then test it close to the deck before reaching further away.

For cleaning, remove loose sand and grit first and select a cleaner suitable for the surface being treated. Trial a brush or mop on a small inconspicuous area before working across delicate finishes. Keep a stable footing on wet decks and avoid putting body weight onto the pole. A cleaning handle is not a fall-prevention device.

For boat-hook use, keep the task to guiding or retrieving appropriate light items rather than lifting a person or restraining the boat. Rinse the attachment and pole after use, remove debris from the thread and allow cleaning heads to dry before storage. Inspect for loose joints, damaged bristles or worn working surfaces so a worn head can be replaced before the next job.

Keep replacement heads separate from abrasive tools in storage. A quick check of the attachment before each job helps avoid a loosened head falling overboard, especially when the pole is extended beyond easy reach.
