Black Canopy Clamp with Thumb Screw 25mm OD Fasteners Hardware
The black canopy clamp 170420 provides a thumb-screw fitting for matching 25mm outside-diameter canopy tube. Choose it when repairing or replacing this type of clamp on a compatible bimini frame.
Check the outside diameter at the intended clamp position and compare the connection with the fitting being replaced. This 25mm version should be selected by its stated tube size, as a similar-looking clamp may suit a different diameter.
This is the bulk-format version. Select the quantity needed for your canopy repair after checking the existing fittings.
Choosing and using this product
For a replacement, compare the original part and the way the cover or frame moves around it. Clearance for folding, release and tensioning matters as well as the fixed dimensions. Offer the part into position before marking a new mounting point.
Match the fitting to the canopy or cover arrangement already in place. Tube size, strap width, fastening style and the mounting position can each affect fit. Check the relevant measurement for this component rather than selecting by its colour or general shape.
For this version, colour: black. Use that specific detail when comparing the item with your existing equipment or planned installation. Other sizes and configurations in the range should be checked separately rather than treated as equivalent.
Follow the canopy or fitting instructions for attachment and adjustment. Keep moving parts accessible and check that the fabric is not being forced to compensate for an incorrectly positioned fitting. Inspect the surrounding material and existing mounting points during the repair.
Count the required fittings and compare the pack quantity before ordering. A single replacement, a packaged pair and bulk supply can represent different quantities under similar descriptions. Check whether screws, pins or mating components are included.
