    ### AXIS Small Marine Polyethylene Bait Board with Single 25mm Rail Mount Kit

The AXIS RWB5480 is the small rail-mounted version of this injection-moulded bait-board range. The board is made from UV-stabilised high-density polyethylene and combines a dedicated cutting area with two recessed tackle or bait holders and a large recessed draining tray. Moulded centimetre and inch scales give a convenient reference along the board. Its compact overall size is useful when planning a bait-preparation surface on a smaller stern layout, while the single 25mm rail mount defines how this particular package attaches to the boat.

### Choosing and using this product

Measure the rail outside diameter and check that there is enough clear tube length for the supplied mount. Trial-position the 515 x 355mm board without obstructing steering, motor tilt or boarding access. Leave room beneath the tray for the 10mm drain barb and any suitable drainage hose you choose to add. Confirm the final fastening arrangement and rail support before loading the board. This is the rail-mount package; the RWB5481 is the separate small version supplied with an adjustable leg for a rod holder.

After a fishing session, remove loose tackle and clean the working surface, recesses and draining tray. Rinse salt from the mounting assembly and inspect the adjustment points before the next outing. Keep knives stowed when not being used, and check the board is securely supported before cutting. The moulded scales are convenient on-board references; where a catch measurement matters, check it with an appropriate measuring method and the relevant requirements. UV stabilisation describes the board material, but routine cleaning and sensible storage remain worthwhile parts of looking after the assembly.
