AXIS 2 Bow Bimini 1.3 1.5m Boat Width 1.3m High Navy
Choose the navy AXIS 2 Bow Bimini 170797 when your proposed mounting points measure 1.3–1.5m apart and you want 1650mm of canopy coverage. Its 1.3m height is measured above the mounting position, helping you compare this model with the space available on your boat.
The two-bow layout provides a 1650mm covered length. Mark out that length over the area you want shaded, then consider where the main mounting points will sit in relation to the centre of the top.
The navy fabric creates a dark blue canopy finish, complemented by black trim around the top. The canopy is made from 100% polyester, and the curved frame uses polished 1-inch aluminium tubing. The flat-pack design is intended for straightforward assembly, with instructions supplied to guide the process.
For width, measure between the actual mounting points and compare the result with the 1.3–1.5m range. The boat’s maximum hull width alone does not establish the correct fit. The main mounting position is approximately beneath the centre of the canopy, so its location affects where the covered area falls.
Measure height vertically from the mounting point when checking the 1.3m frame dimension. This is not a measurement from the boat floor. The bimini height can be trimmed by up to 0.2m; work through the supplied instructions and your chosen mounting arrangement before altering the frame.
Rear support arms, a bimini storage sock and side mounts are included. AXIS specifies a maximum of 40 knots, approximately 75km/h, with the top fully open. Use the supplied assembly and fitting instructions when setting up the canopy and its supports.
