Specifications and product details
Compatibility: RWB6062 (hatch/port cut-out 375 x 175mm)
Product code: RWB6229
A matching accessory for the portlight
A rain shield should be selected for the portlight model it is intended to accompany. Matching the part by the listed compatible code helps distinguish it from accessories for similar-looking windows. Consider the surrounding cabin side and the room around the existing frame when planning the installation.
Selection and fitting
Check the attachment arrangement and available clearance before fitting. Any dimensions identified as the hatch or port cut-out belong to the parent opening and should not automatically be used as the shield outside dimensions. Follow the instructions for the compatible portlight and accessory, including any guidance on operation in wet conditions. Keep drainage areas clear and check that the fitted accessory does not interfere with opening, closing or routine cleaning.
Use the compatibility details above as the primary reference for this version. Check the model of the equipment already installed and compare any stated size or handing before ordering. Where measurements describe the complete hatch or port, they identify the associated assembly and should not be treated as measurements of the accessory itself.
For a refit, take measurements before removing the existing item and retain a note of its position and orientation. This gives you a useful reference when checking the replacement and helps keep related fittings aligned throughout the job.
