    ### Economy Two-Piece Hydrofoil - Large, over 25HP | Boat Parts & Accessories

Two-piece hydrofoil supplied with stainless steel fastenings.

A two-piece hydrofoil attaches to a compatible outboard installation as a handling aid, with the selected size matched to the intended engine range.

### Choosing and using this product

Check the motor size guidance and the available mounting area on the engine before ordering. Compare the foil shape with the anti-ventilation plate and confirm that the engine manufacturer permits the proposed installation. The presence of stainless steel mounting hardware does not mean that every bolt pattern or plate thickness is automatically suitable.

Follow the supplied installation instructions for positioning and fastening. Keep both halves aligned and check clearance to the propeller, steering movement and motor tilt. Do not drill or alter engine components without confirming the correct locations and any warranty implications. Where adjustable torque control is provided, use its instructions rather than making an arbitrary setting.

Assess any change in handling gradually in clear water with a normal, well-balanced load. Hydrofoil results depend on hull shape, engine mounting height, propeller and trim, so faster planing or fuel savings should not be assumed for every boat. Retain the boat’s specified operating limits and avoid using an accessory to compensate for a fundamentally unsuitable setup.

Inspect the foil and fastenings after initial use and during normal engine maintenance. Look for cracks, impact damage or looseness, particularly after shallow-water contact or transport. Stop using a damaged assembly until it has been checked. If handling becomes unpredictable, review the installation with a competent marine technician before continuing normal operation.

Keep the product identification with the boat’s maintenance records and check the installation after the first use. If the intended arrangement differs from the supplied instructions, resolve the compatibility question before putting the equipment into service.
