    ### Manta Marine Replacement Nylon Bait Cutting Board 460 x 345mm with Lip Rim

The Manta RWB1964 is a white nylon replacement cutting board measuring 460 x 345mm. A large lip surrounds the working area, and the board is specified for both the RWB1970 ski-pole station and the RWB1991 small folding socket-mount station. It gives owners of either model a way to replace the cutting surface without replacing a sound stainless frame. RWB also lists the board for general use, making it an option for a separately supported bait-preparation area when its dimensions suit the available space.

### Choosing and using this product

Identify the station model as well as measuring the old board. The complete station is larger than the removable cutting surface, so do not use the outside frame dimensions as the board size. Compare the lip profile and how the existing board is retained before fitting. Clean the frame and inspect its supports, then check that the replacement sits evenly and cannot move unexpectedly during use. For a stand-alone arrangement, use a stable support appropriate to the boat and retain access around the board for safe knife handling. This item supplies the board only, rather than replacement mounting equipment.

For best day-to-day use, seat the board securely before cutting and keep knives controlled whenever the boat moves. Clean the surface, edges and underside after preparing bait, rinse away cleaning residue and allow the board to dry before storage. Check the lip and working surface for cracking or deep wear during cleaning. Choose a replacement when damage makes the board difficult to keep clean or prevents it seating properly. If the board is also used for food preparation, keep bait handling separate and follow suitable cleaning practices between tasks.
